Last night on my stories: I breaded strips of chicken breast into some tapioca flour, then

into an egg wash, and then into a pile of pulverized @epicbar pork rinds seasoned with

smoked paprika and black pepper. Then I fried them in coconut oil and once they were

cooked through on both sides, I let them cool on a baking rack so they stayed crispy.
